backgrounds, are experienced, inspirational, compassionate and
empathetic.

and development of others. Outward Bound instructors are well
trained, skilled at identifying and facilitating powerful learning
and its transference back to everyday life. Our instructors are

Instructors Position (INS) Requirements:
Male / female, age between 22 - 28 years old.
Min. S1 any major – preferably majoring in Psychology
or Counseling from reputable university.
Preferably 1 year working experience in training facilitation,
but Fresh Graduates are welcome.
Min. 2 years outdoor experience - preferably.
Good command of English (active).
Logistic & Technical Support
(LTS) Requirements:
Male / female, age between 22 - 28 years old.
Min. SMU or degrees associated.
Having strong knowledge in ROPE SKILLS (all kind of knotting
techniques).
Min. 2 years outdoor experience.
Marketing Executive (MKT) Requirements:
Male/Female, age max 28 years old.
Min.D3 / S1 any major – from reputable university.
Min. 1 year sales/marketing experience.
Negotiation skills.
Own vehicle is required to visit many areas.
Preferably living in Jabodetabek Area.
Will be stationed in Jakarta Office.
Administration & Finance
Staff (ADM) Requirements:
Female, age max. 25 years old.
Min. D3 / S1, majoring in Accounting / Finance.
Min. 2 years experiences in Administration and Finance.
Familiar with accounting standards, finance and budgeting.
Skills in data filing.
Knowledge of Computer in Ms Word & Ms Excel.
High integrity, responsible.
General Requirements:
Single - preferably.
Able to work independently as well as a team player.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Creative and eager to learn, proactive, energetic, multi tasking
person.
Love nature and outdoor activities (INS, LTS).
Able to work under pressure.
Willing to be placed in our centre in Jatiluhur – Purwakarta.
